What is a Chemical Peel
A chemical peel is a solution applied to the face for deep exfoliation and removing dead skin cells to stimulate the growth of new cells. Chemical peels smooth fine lines and wrinkles, improving skin texture and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. In addition, they treat hormonal and bacterial spots and acne scaring.
There are three types of chemical peel; superficial, medium and deep peel. Mon Visage uses superficial to medium peels.
